About the Role
You will support technical accounting, reporting, audits, close activities, compliance filings, accounting documentation, and ERP and CRM integrations. You will provide accounting guidance and improve processes and controls across operational work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA or equivalent certification
- 8+ years of progressive technical accounting experience
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing concurrent initiatives
- Ability to communicate accounting conclusions to Controller-level stakeholders
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Support technical accounting for revenue recognition leases and stock-based compensation
- Assess new accounting pronouncements and support implementation
- Maintain the Company Accounting Manual in compliance with US GAAP IFRS and regulations
- Participate in month-end close quarterly consolidation and IFRS investor reporting
- Prepare or review complex journal entries and reconciliations
- Support US GAAP and IFRS audits
- Support federal surveys and compliance filings including BE-15
- Optimize ERP and CRM integrations to automate close processes and maintain internal controls
- Improve the contract-review process with legal and procurement
- Provide accounting guidance and process-improvement recommendations
