About the Role

You will manage accounting close across global entities, maintain reconciliations and supporting documentation, review expenses, and prepare intercompany and consolidation entries. You will oversee daily accounting operations, coordinate audit readiness, support reporting, and improve finance processes and tooling using AI.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience across public and private companies
• Proficiency in US GAAP, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and stock-based compensation
• Ability to identify improvements and build solutions using AI
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and scale the accounting function
• Process design, automation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage timely accounting close across global entities
• Maintain supporting documentation and reconciliations
• Review expenses and develop an accrual process
• Prepare intercompany journal entries and consolidation entries
• Assist with monthly reporting and period-over-period analysis
• Manage coding of vendor bills, corporate credit cards, and employee reimbursements
• Oversee global cash application in the ERP
• Coordinate payroll journal-entry reviews and payroll-tax payments
• Coordinate external audit requests
• Enhance finance technology and develop an AI-first approach
