About the Role
You will manage month-end close activities, maintain the general ledger and supporting schedules, oversee accounts payable and receivable, prepare audit support, resolve discrepancies, and use AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across accounting operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of United States GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and travel and expense operations
- Excel proficiency
- Ability to reconcile and resolve discrepancies
Responsibilities
- Own month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and supporting schedules
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage vendor payments, cash application, and aging reports
- Prepare documents supporting internal and external audits
- Identify and champion AI and automation opportunities
