About the Role
You will manage full-cycle accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, matching, and payment-cycle preparation. You will administer corporate cards and expense reimbursements, reconcile accounts, support month-end close and audits, manage tax reporting, and resolve vendor inquiries and billing discrepancies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of dedicated accounts payable experience managing a high-volume, full-cycle AP process.
- Understanding of general accounting principles, invoice coding, accruals, and general ledger impacts.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors and internal employees.
- Ability to manage time and meet financial deadlines.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday in the company’s Las Vegas office.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoice ingestion, GL coding, and automated routing from Ramp into NetSuite.
- Perform two-way and three-way matching against purchase orders and receipts.
- Manage prepaid amortization schedules in NetSuite.
- Monitor invoice pipelines and prepare priority invoices for Treasury payment cycles.
- Audit Ramp-to-NetSuite API syncs and resolve posting errors.
- Administer corporate card and employee expense reimbursement programs.
- Audit expense reports and card transactions against T&E policies.
- Reconcile card statements and reimbursement ledgers.
- Support month-end close, AP aging reconciliations, and expense analysis.
- Own annual AP audit requests and sample pulling.
- Lead annual 1099/1042-S tax reporting.
- Manage vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements against AP aging reports.
