About the Role

You will design, build, and improve Oracle Fusion Financials and connected finance systems. You will translate accounting requirements into integrations, data models, controls, and tests; support accounting operations; build AI-enabled automation; and resolve production issues.

Requirements

10+ years in financial systems engineering, ERP, accounting technology, or solution architecture
8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience
Experience with Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, Cash Management, Cost Accounting, or Financial Accounting Hub
At least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations or comparable enterprise finance programs
Knowledge of corporate accounting processes and financial close
Experience transforming Accounts Payable processes
Knowledge of supply chain and cost accounting
Knowledge of ASC 606
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware, APIs, event-driven patterns, Python, SQL, and data platforms
Experience applying AI, agents, and automation to finance operations
Strong controls and compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

Own solution design, delivery, and improvement of Oracle Fusion Financials
Improve corporate accounting and close processes
Transform Accounts Payable processes
Design supply chain accounting solutions
Design compute and data-center accounting systems
Architect Oracle-integrated revenue accounting solutions
Translate accounting requirements into system architecture and controls
Architect integrations using APIs, events, middleware, and data pipelines
Implement Oracle Financial Accounting Hub solutions
Resolve intercompany accounting issues
Build AI-enabled finance solutions
Create monitoring, reconciliation, testing, and control frameworks
Lead root-cause analysis and permanent production fixes
