About the Role
You will join the global sales team reporting to the VP APAC and help win new customers by targeting the most strategic and valuable logos headquartered in APAC, primarily within the Financial Institution segment. You will become an expert in the products, how customers use the tools, and how the APAC regulatory space impacts customers. With this knowledge, you'll help prospective customers understand how to protect themselves from the most complex crypto crimes in a scalable, efficient and highly automated manner. You will manage the full sales cycle including sourcing and qualifying leads, prospecting, conducting demos, developing proposals, negotiating terms and closing business to deliver profitable revenue growth and exceed your targets. You will have opportunities to participate in local and regional events and potentially represent the company at speaking engagements such as panels and fireside chats.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets and asset management sectors
- Proven track record in hunting new enterprise logos and C-suite engagement
- Self-starter, adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities and ambiguity
- Natural curiosity to learn and dig into the why behind things independently
- Demonstrated successful use of complex B2B sales methodologies and deal management strategies
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC
- Strong experience in the B2B SaaS world in an outbound sales role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting targets, building pipeline and winning customers through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts
- Experience selling into multiple markets in APAC
- Experience in sales cycles that range from 6-12 months and typically involve RFI/RFPs
- Track record of selling to C-Suite
- Strong work ethic and an entrepreneur's mindset
- Genuine passion for the Web3/Blockchain/Digital Assets enterprise ecosystem
- Fluent or native command of the Mandarin language
- Able to be flexible with working hours
- Able to travel in the APAC region on a regular basis
- Comfortable adopting AI tools to boost productivity
Responsibilities
- Identify and open doors to Enterprise prospective accounts across APAC
- Own, build and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts
- Showcase the product to prospects through tailored presentations and demos
- Manage all parts of the commercial discussions including negotiating terms and closing business
- Attend and travel to customer meetings and events where required
- Use tools like Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn and Hubspot to achieve goals and forecast accurately
- Meet and exceed quotas
- Lead cross-functional teams to win Enterprise accounts in a sustainable and scalable manner
