About the Role

You will lead the strategy, infrastructure, and execution of marketing processes, technology, and analytics. You will align marketing strategy with operational execution, improve lead-to-revenue workflows, oversee the global MarTech stack and automation systems, optimize funnel performance and attribution, manage budgeting and privacy compliance, and lead marketing operations and analytics professionals.

Requirements

  • Have 10 or more years of progressive experience in revenue, marketing, or business operations focused on B2B go-to-market strategies.
  • Have experience designing and operationalizing target-account strategies, Marketing Qualified Account models, and account-scoring frameworks.
  • Demonstrate deep cross-functional experience supporting sales-marketing alignment, pipeline velocity, and lead flow.
  • Have a proven record managing enterprise MarTech architectures, marketing systems integrations, advanced automation platforms such as Marketo, Qualified, and 6sense, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in lead scoring, multi-touch attribution platforms, and end-to-end funnel analytics.
  • Have experience managing budgets in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop processes that comply with global data privacy laws.
  • Be an experienced people manager with project management capabilities and a record of hiring, managing, and developing talent.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to develop strategy, track objectives, and improve cross-functional coordination.
  • Publish scorecards, run quarterly business reviews, fulfill board requirements, and manage business operating cadences.
  • Co-lead the Pipeline Council, track critical workstreams, and optimize lead experiences and pipeline progression.
  • Define the long-term vision, selection, architecture, integration, and maintenance of the global MarTech stack.
  • Oversee scalable campaign execution, automated lead scoring, nurture programs, and lead-routing algorithms.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and IT to enable intent-based lead prioritization for Sales Development.
  • Track and optimize the lead funnel and pipeline progression with Sales Operations.
  • Establish multi-touch attribution models to measure channel performance, return on investment, and marketing's revenue impact.
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of Marketing Qualified Account mechanisms and account-based growth operations.
  • Lead annual budget planning and quarterly budget calibrations with budget owners and Finance.
  • Develop and execute operational processes that support compliance with global data privacy laws and maintain data hygiene.
  • Manage marketing operations and analytics professionals.
