About the Role
You will lead the integrated marketing plan and own marketing pipeline performance. You will manage product marketing, growth, and events and partnerships leaders; align demand generation with sales targets; oversee campaign measurement; and establish operating reviews with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Marketing Operations.
Requirements
- 15–20+ years of B2B marketing experience
- At least 4–5 years leading multi-function marketing teams at a high-growth enterprise SaaS, cloud, data, or AI/ML company
- Experience owning a pipeline number
- Experience managing at least two of demand generation, product marketing, field/events, and partner marketing
- Fluency with Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, an ABM platform, and attribution tooling
- Experience marketing technical products to technical buyers
- Cross-functional leadership with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance
Responsibilities
- Build and run the integrated marketing plan against annual pipeline and revenue targets
- Own the marketing pipeline number
- Manage growth strategy across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, web conversion, ABM, and developer-led acquisition
- Manage product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement
- Lead partner marketing, co-marketing campaigns, field activity, and events
- Manage and develop three direct-report leads and their teams
- Run pipeline reviews, internal business reviews, and quarterly planning
