About the Role
You will work with product managers and delivery teams to understand working practices, Agile maturity, challenges, and improvement opportunities. You will shape the Delivery Framework, track north star metrics, coach teams, remove delivery impediments, and lead business-critical initiatives.
Requirements
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to teams and real-world challenges
- Communication skills
- Experience leading and implementing human and process change
- Experience leading complex, business-critical projects across multiple teams
- Stakeholder management

Responsibilities
- Assess delivery teams’ working practices, Agile maturity, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Shape and advocate for the Delivery Framework
- Define and track north star metrics
- Coach, mentor, and guide delivery teams
- Identify and remove impediments to high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with product engineering, operations, and other stakeholders
- Lead business-critical delivery initiatives
