About the Role
You will support workplace and real estate projects by coordinating day-to-day execution, tracking actions and dependencies, maintaining project records, and escalating risks. You will work with vendors, consultants, office teams, and stakeholders, coordinate installations, and occasionally travel for project milestones.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant workplace, construction, real estate, facilities, or project coordination experience
- Experience supporting a senior project manager or similar project lead
- Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with drawings, construction terminology, schedules, furniture, IT/AV, procurement, and design documentation
- Written communication

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project execution and coordination
- Follow up on project decisions
- Track actions, dependencies, deadlines, risks, and outstanding information
- Coordinate meetings, recaps, communications, and next steps
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status information
- Coordinate deliveries and installations with onsite office teams
- Follow up with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Surface risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts early
- Support multiple concurrent workplace projects
- Travel occasionally for project milestones, site activities, installations, and office openings
