About the Role
You will lead major data-centre construction projects from delivery through operational handover. You will shape delivery strategies, oversee cost, schedules, risks, performance, procurement, and contracts, coordinate partners across jurisdictions, and ensure regulatory and sustainability compliance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of major construction-project delivery experience
- Experience in hyperscale data centres, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure
- Related degree
- Track record delivering design-and-build or EPC projects through commissioning
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary design coordination, construction, MEP systems, and data-centre construction
- Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder governance
- Fluent English

- Lead large-scale data-centre project delivery through operations handover
- Shape and manage delivery strategies
- Coordinate internal functions and external partners across jurisdictions
- Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and performance
- Support commercial, procurement, and contracting activities
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, sustainability, and ESG commitments
- Build relationships with supply-chain partners, stakeholders, and authorities
