About the Role
You will lead end-to-end delivery of data-center construction and colocation fit-out projects, from site inception and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and providers; oversee critical infrastructure installation; manage risk and capital budgets; lead quality and safety activities; and develop repeatable deployment playbooks.

Responsibilities
- Drive projects from site inception and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Manage large-scale builds and colocation fit-out projects
- Coordinate engineering teams, general contractors, and colocation providers
- Oversee installation of critical white-space infrastructure
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks
- Manage multi-million-dollar capital budgets
- Lead site walks and integrated system testing
- Ensure MEP and CSA packages meet reliability standards
- Shift resources and priorities across projects
- Develop deployment playbooks and handover templates
