About the Role
You will lead planning and delivery for data center projects across APAC. You will manage project governance, contractors, budgets, risks, compliance, procurement, reporting, and stakeholder alignment while traveling to sites as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- 5-10+ years of technical project, program, or PMO management experience involving large-scale APAC data center projects
- Experience establishing PMO functions and governance frameworks
- Document control and contract administration experience
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs and vendor relationships
- Analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
- Ability to travel within APAC
Responsibilities
- Establish PMO governance frameworks and project methodologies
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of data center projects
- Manage design consultants and installation contractors
- Oversee CAPEX budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and vendor performance
- Manage procurement, contracts, scope changes, claims, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain risk, issue, and change management processes
- Deliver portfolio reporting, financial tracking, and project documentation
- Coordinate clients, senior leaders, authorities, utilities, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Travel to APAC sites for reviews, audits, risk assessments, and startup support
