About the Role

You will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects while ensuring objectives, timelines, and scope are met. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, coordinate communication across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and support backlog prioritization and business-feature definition.

Requirements

• Solid previous experience as a Project Manager
• Experience planning and managing projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with agile methodologies and management tools such as Jira
• AI-first mindset and experience using AI tools in project management and execution

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Track sprint and release progress and manage risks, dependencies, deviations, and timelines
• Support the Product Owner in defining the business vision for features using agile practices
• Organize and prioritize backlogs with Product Management and Engineering
• Align teams and stakeholders around project objectives and facilitate decisions
