About the Role
You will provide regulatory advice, negotiate transactions and agreements, advise on investment-related legal matters, and handle general corporate work. You will apply your legal expertise to diverse business challenges, engage across multiple substantive areas, and learn about all aspects of an investment firm.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in regulatory advice, transaction and agreement negotiation, investment-related legal advice, or general corporate work
- Big law firm and/or asset management firm experience is a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- High ethical standards
