About the Role
You will review and draft contracts, provide legal advice on contractual matters, and manage civil, criminal, administrative, and other litigation and disputes. You will advise on business, services, regulations, investments, M&A, strategic partnerships, and key management decisions. You will collaborate with external law firms, internal departments, and external experts.
Requirements
- Hold a Korean attorney qualification.
- Have 3 to 10 years of experience as an attorney.
- Have directly handled civil or criminal litigation or major dispute matters.
- Analyze case issues, review litigation documents, and provide opinions.
- Analyze legal issues and provide practical legal opinions and solutions with business considerations.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with relevant departments and external experts.
Responsibilities
