About the Role
You will support data center acquisitions, development projects, and infrastructure transactions throughout their lifecycle. You will conduct diligence, negotiate agreements, close deals, and provide legal guidance on construction, design, supply chain, regulatory matters, disputes, risks, and operational transitions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of direct legal experience in data center, neo-cloud, or hyperscaler infrastructure transactions.
- Fluency in technical compute infrastructure, hardware, operations, equipment, supply chain, power, and utilities terms.
- Experience negotiating real estate or physical infrastructure agreements.
- Experience with transaction diligence, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution for data center or infrastructure projects.
- J.D. and active bar admission.
Responsibilities
- Execute data center acquisitions and digital infrastructure transactions.
- Conduct diligence, negotiate agreements, and close transactions.
- Negotiate colocation, lease, capacity reservation, development, and connectivity agreements.
- Advise on construction, design, equipment, and supply chain matters.
- Address regulatory questions and disputes and manage cross-functional risks.
