About the Role
You will negotiate hardware procurement, GPU capacity, cloud, colocation, referral, reseller, and partnership agreements. You will advise on deal risk, manage outside counsel, develop contract templates and playbooks, and support approval and tracking processes for infrastructure deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial legal experience
- Recent hands-on experience negotiating compute infrastructure deals
- Knowledge of capacity commitments, minimum spend, SLAs, credits, power, real estate, supply risk, and liability limitations
- Ability to run multiple high-value, time-sensitive negotiations
- Active bar membership in good standing
Responsibilities
- Own hardware purchase and supply agreements
- Lead negotiations for GPU capacity agreements
- Support GPU referral, reseller, and partnership agreements
- Partner with capacity planning, sourcing, site acquisition, and finance
- Manage outside counsel on cost and turnaround
- Build templates, negotiation playbooks, and fallback positions
- Help shape infrastructure-deal approval and tracking processes
