About the Role

Lead complex, multi-phase data center construction projects from structural build-out through interior fit-out and operational readiness. Manage contractors and construction scopes, oversee schedules and budgets, coordinate design and engineering stakeholders, control changes and vendors, report progress and risks, and ensure code and permitting compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience managing large industrial, data center, or complex commercial projects
  • Experience with base build and tenant improvement delivery
  • Understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Advanced scheduling and project management skills
  • Experience with Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or Bluebeam
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 30%

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction across civil, structural, envelope, MEP, and interior phases
  • Manage multiple scopes or buildings within a campus
  • Direct subcontractors and resolve field issues
  • Maintain safety and quality
  • Oversee data halls, electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, offices, and finishes
  • Own schedules, critical-path plans, budgets, forecasts, and procurement
  • Lead contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Control change orders
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
  • Report progress, risks, and costs to executives
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, inspections, and permits
