About the Role
You will structure, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts, including SaaS subscriptions, technology licenses, professional services agreements, partner agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs. You will develop templates, playbooks, and workflows, advise on contract law, intellectual property, privacy, and AI regulation, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of legal experience across a large law firm and in-house technology company
- Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
- Experience with SaaS, AI, or enterprise software contracts
- Communication skills
- Ability to partner with legal and non-legal stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Structure, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts
- Develop contract templates, playbooks, and workflows
- Advise on contractual, intellectual property, privacy, and AI regulatory issues
- Train and mentor junior legal team members
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development teams
