About the Role
You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems and business processes. You will architect end-to-end solutions, deploy workflows in finance platforms, select and standardize tools, and manage middleware integrations. You will ensure SOX controls, solve complex system issues, provide reporting and dashboards, mentor others, and build AI-powered automation for finance and enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business systems architecture or administration experience
- Experience implementing enterprise systems
- Knowledge of finance technology stacks including NetSuite, Coupa, supply chain, asset management, and billing systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Python
- Experience with Workato, n8n, Mulesoft, Alteryx, or similar automation platforms
- Experience deploying process automation
- Knowledge of IT general controls and SOX compliance
- Experience using AI and machine learning tools for intelligent automation
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar AI platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable enterprise systems roadmaps
- Architect and deploy workflows in enterprise platforms
- Evaluate, select, implement, and standardize business tools
- Manage system integrations and optimize iPaaS automation
- Ensure SOX compliance through controls, audits, and governance
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and mentor team members
- Deliver reporting, dashboards, and decision-support insights
- Design and deploy AI-powered automation solutions
