About the Role
You will support global GPU and CPU server deployments through BOM planning, supplier coordination, RFQ execution, and procurement operations. You will manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, hardware asset records, reporting, and urgent sourcing needs while improving procurement workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or hardware deployment operations experience
- Working knowledge of GPU and CPU server hardware, BOMs, specifications, and vendor quotes
- Experience with Coupa or a comparable ERP/procurement platform
- Experience with NetBox, ServiceNow, or similar DCIM/asset-management tools
- Experience managing OEM, ODM, distributor, or VAR relationships
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorization to work in Ireland or eligibility for Crusoe-sponsored relocation and work authorization
Responsibilities
- Support BOM planning, hardware requisitions, and procurement execution for GPU and CPU server deployments
- Coordinate global compute suppliers on quotes, lead times, and shipment status
- Lead RFQ cycles, analyze quotes, compare suppliers, and prepare recommendations
- Manage purchase order creation, change orders, invoice reconciliation, and payment follow-up in Coupa
- Drive supplier onboarding, NDA coordination, and vendor compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate hardware tracking in NetBox/DCIM systems
- Coordinate with Deployment, Cloud Operations, Finance, Legal, and Logistics teams
- Provide rapid procurement support for critical data center deployments
- Prepare procurement status reports, PO trackers, and supplier performance updates
- Identify and implement procurement workflow improvements
