About the Role

You will lead and grow strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption of Bitcoin staking and trustless vault infrastructure. You will source and close partnerships with exchanges, custodians, wallets, DeFi protocols and institutional holders, manage the full partnership lifecycle from outreach through integration and launch, structure commercial agreements, and coordinate integrations with product, engineering, and research. You will represent the company at industry events, provide market intelligence, identify new market opportunities across Asia and global markets, and operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development partnerships or ecosystem growth
  • 2+ years of experience in the crypto or blockchain industry
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English spoken and written
  • Strong understanding and network in the crypto ecosystem including custodians DeFi protocols and infrastructure providers
  • Ability to build relationships with institutional partners and senior executives
  • Strong negotiation communication and partnership management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify source and close strategic partnerships with exchanges custodians wallets DeFi protocols and infrastructure providers
  • Develop relationships with institutional Bitcoin holders market makers and crypto funds
  • Expand presence across Asia and global crypto markets
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through integration and launch
  • Structure partnership agreements including commercial terms incentives and go-to-market collaboration
  • Align partner integrations with product engineering and research roadmaps
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and ecosystem gatherings
  • Maintain strong relationships with key players across the Bitcoin and DeFi ecosystems
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and strategic initiatives
  • Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to inform product strategy
