About the Role

You will work directly with the CEO to drive institutional capital into on‑chain products. You will attract capital into vaults and partner products, translate complex vault mechanics and collateral frameworks into investor narratives, own investor relations and track allocator timelines, coordinate with product and operations to align offerings with allocator requirements, prepare decks, IC memos and data rooms, and represent the company at industry conferences and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in capital formation, investor relations, or institutional sales with personally owned, measurable dollars raised
  • Direct exposure to structured products in the alternative investment space, particularly insurance linked securities, or equivalent depth in adjacent disciplines
  • Working fluency in TradFi capital decision-making including IC dynamics, structured products, term-sheet negotiation, risk frameworks, and allocator due diligence
  • Ability to translate on-chain mechanics and traditional financial primitives into institutional commercial narratives
  • Working understanding of DeFi mechanics and vault economics or ability to rapidly learn from a TradFi base
  • Strong commercial instincts, high ownership, and comfort operating in an emerging market

Responsibilities

  • Attract capital into vaults and partner products across underwriting, liquidity provision, and onchain financial products
  • Translate complex vault mechanics, collateral frameworks, and product structures into investor-facing narratives
  • Own investor relations and track allocator timelines, product pipelines, and market demand
  • Surface trends and opportunities from allocators back to the team
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align products with allocator requirements and market needs
  • Prepare and mature institutional materials including decks, IC memos, data rooms, and term sheets
  • Represent the company at conferences, partner meetings, and industry events
