About the Role
You will own the direct-investment pipeline from inbound opportunity through close. You will screen co-investments and secondaries, conduct diligence, analyse cap tables and pricing, write investment committee memos, develop market relationships, improve repeatable processes and tooling, and help package qualified opportunities into investor-ready materials.
Requirements
- Four or more years of venture and growth investing experience or directly relevant adjacent experience
- Hands-on deal screening and diligence experience
- An established venture network with GPs, intermediaries, LPs, and co-investors
- Investment judgement and market analysis skills
- Financial modelling skills
- Knowledge of cap tables, preference stacks, waterfalls, secondary pricing, VC term sheets, and SPV mechanics
- AI fluency for process design
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Own the direct deal pipeline through close

- Write investment memos for the investment committee
- Build relationships with intermediaries, GPs, and founders
- Improve diligence, sourcing, screening, and monitoring processes
- Support packaging opportunities into investor-ready materials
