About the Role

You will manage and deepen a portfolio of insurance clients, develop account plans, and grow revenue. You will originate and cross-sell banking solutions, coordinate client servicing and implementation, apply insurance-industry insights, assess financing opportunities, support transaction structuring, and exercise sound credit judgement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
  • Relevant financial-institutions or corporate-banking coverage experience
  • Relationship management and client-engagement skills
  • Business-development and origination capabilities
  • Understanding of cash management, trade finance, derivatives, capital markets, treasury solutions, and financing products
  • Understanding of financial-institution balance sheets and credit fundamentals
  • Stakeholder-management and collaboration skills
  • Written and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector and insurance investment activities preferred
  • Experience with regional financial-institution clients preferred
  • Familiarity with insurer and financial-institution regulatory and market developments preferred
  • At least 8 years of work experience preferred
