About the Role

You will partner with strategic Fortune 100 customers to shape AI transformation strategies and measurable business outcomes. You will manage customer relationships, lead ROI and value-realization initiatives, coordinate complex programs and stakeholders, address risks and escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and develop reusable transformation frameworks and communications.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of strategic account management or transformation consulting experience with Fortune 50-100 companies
• Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large-scale transformations
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking
• Ability to translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact
• Executive presentation, communication, cross-functional coordination, and conflict-resolution skills
• Professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI and value initiatives
• Set transformation vision and define JTBD frameworks with customer leadership
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor
• Conduct surveys and interviews to frame the P&L impact of AI adoption
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs, customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and updates
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives
• Produce reusable decks, frameworks, and communications for transformation best practices
