About the Role

You will build and operate scalable partner enablement programs. You will create a train-the-trainer model, take GTM plays to market with partners, manage global webinars, enable internal sellers to co-sell, coordinate contractors, and measure field readiness.

Requirements

• Experience building scalable one-to-many enablement programs for partner sales and technical audiences
• Experience enabling internal sales organizations on GTM motions and co-selling
• Experience taking sales plays to market through partners and measuring pipeline impact
• Experience with train-the-trainer programs
• Experience managing contractors or vendors across regions and languages
• Experience using AI in daily workflows

Responsibilities

• Build a partner train-the-trainer model
• Create repeatable programs for taking GTM sales plays and launches to market with partners
• Manage and improve the global partner webinar series
• Enable the internal field to understand partners and co-sell effectively
• Run a shared operating model, content intake, calendar, production standards, and global delivery
• Lead contractors aligned to specific programs
• Track field readiness and measure program effectiveness
