About the Role
You will administer users licenses permission sets and profiles while maintaining secure and accurate access. You will build and maintain custom objects record pages layouts list views flows validation rules reports and dashboards. You will manage data imports and exports, resolve routine requests, document changes, follow deployment practices, clarify requirements, identify blockers, and escalate complex issues with useful context. You will also develop your knowledge of the data model, security, sharing, automation, and increasingly complex administration work.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience or equivalent platform exposure
- Working proficiency with users permission sets page layouts record pages list views flows and validation rules
- Familiarity with Data Loader and data import export and cleanup
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce profiles permission sets and record access
- Ability to build and maintain basic reports and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Clear communication and reliable follow-through
- Willingness to continually learn Salesforce
- BA or BS in a related field preferred
- Salesforce Administrator ADM-201 certification preferred or in progress
- Familiarity with change management and source control is a plus
- Experience with sandboxes change sets Gearset SFDX CLI or Git is a plus
- Prior experience with finance or financial markets is a plus

- Import export and clean data using Data Loader and related tools
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Document changes and follow sandbox and deployment practices
- Diagnose routine issues and escalate complex problems with context
- Translate requirements into sound Salesforce solutions
- Develop knowledge of data security sharing and automation
