About the Role
You will own daily operations and quality assurance for an internal growth platform. You will test releases and edge cases, document and follow bugs through resolution, monitor performance and agent activity, manage approval queues, assess output against standards, and maintain test plans, runbooks, and release notes.

Responsibilities
- Test new releases, rule changes, edge cases, and existing features
- Find and document bugs with reproduction steps, severity, and impact
- Follow bugs through engineering fixes and verify resolutions
- Monitor platform performance and agent activity and escalate issues
- Manage approval queues daily
- Check agent output against defined checklists and standards
- Flag confusing or inconsistent flows
- Write and maintain test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes
