About the Role
You will sell banking products and solutions within your assigned sales channels, acquiring and developing clients and agents such as corporate security firms, consulting firms, and e-commerce service providers. You will conduct client meetings, consultations, and regular field visits, manage client applications and support deals through to approval, and ensure high-quality sales execution with accurate documentation. You will adhere to compliance requirements and internal bank procedures, maintain CRM data and sales reporting, and work to achieve your individual KPIs and sales targets. You will also participate in training programs and pilot projects, helping build and lead a new market direction from the ground up.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of working experience
- Proven experience leading or supervising field sales teams
- Background in FMCG, B2B field sales, or similar fast-paced sales environments
- Strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management, and performance control
- Experience working with agents, partners, or distributed sales channels
- Ability to build teams from scratch and scale operations across markets
- Confident communicator with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work hands-on in the field and across multiple locations
