About the Role
You'll gain hands-on experience contributing to our growth strategy across the Netherlands, Baltics, CEE or Balkans depending on your native language. You'll work closely with experienced senior sales operatives, learning the intricacies of retail partnerships, market analysis, and client and affiliate engagement in the crypto world. This internship gives you valuable insight into the sales process within a dynamic international environment. It runs for 4 or 6 months with a paid allowance, though visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any financial related field
- A strong interest in sales, crypto, and financial markets
- Previous exposure in a client facing role, handling client objections regardless of industry
- Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (both written and verbal) is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organized with attention to detail but excellent time management
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients
- Assist in managing and updating the CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data
- Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports
- Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources
- Assist in outreach discovery efforts to potential and existing affiliates and clients, including email communications and calls
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with customers, including online webinars and offline events at conferences
