About the Role
YOU will own the revenue number, build and execute a sales strategy to win on trading volume and revenue targets, own the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, and grow a pipeline of institutional prospects across payment gateways PSPs remittance companies crypto exchanges OTC desks fintechs and banks. You will activate your existing relationships with institutional buyers and sellers from day one, represent at industry conferences and partner meetings globally, and position a go to liquidity partner in the markets you cover. You will define target customer segments geographies and develop outreach strategies for each, work with marketing to develop collateral case studies and campaigns that support pipeline generation, and own pricing conversations in partnership with the GM and trading desk.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in crypto OTC sales institutional crypto business development or a directly adjacent role such as FX liquidity sales or prime brokerage BD
- A proven track record of closing deals with institutional clients including payment firms exchanges remittance companies fintechs or similar
- An existing network of decision makers at institutional crypto buyers and sellers
- Solid understanding of stablecoin markets OTC trading mechanics and what institutional clients care about such as spreads settlement speed credit and compliance
- Comfortable operating in a fast moving early stage environment where the playbook is still being written
- Excellent communicator able to explain complex liquidity products clearly to both tech savvy and non technical buyers

- Manage and grow a pipeline of institutional prospects across payment gateways PSPs remittance companies crypto exchanges OTC desks fintechs and banks
- Activate existing relationships with institutional crypto buyers and sellers from day one
- Represent Liminal Prime at industry conferences events and partner meetings globally
- Position Liminal Prime as the go to liquidity partner in the markets you cover
- Define target customer segments prioritise geographies and develop outreach strategies for each
- Work with marketing to develop collateral case studies and campaigns that support pipeline generation
- Own pricing conversations and commercial structuring in partnership with the GM and trading desk
