About the Role
You will manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities from SMEs seeking funding. You will understand each business's goals, challenges, and funding needs, then match customers with suitable products from lender partners, including unsecured lending, leasing, and merchant cash advances. You will manage a busy pipeline, provide a high standard of customer service, and keep Salesforce records accurate and detailed. You will identify trends and risks, share insights with the wider PCS team, represent the Partner Credit Services proposition, and share learnings and successes to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience, excluding internships
- Experience in SME finance, fintech, or SaaS
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus
- Fluent French and English, spoken and written

- Share success stories, learnings, and wins to improve team performance
