About the Role
Own high-value TradFi accounts, educate institutional stakeholders on decentralized technologies, generate pipeline, and coordinate internal teams to advance opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in institutional finance, business development, or related fields.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment with demonstrated results.
- Strong relationship management skills with institutional clients and partners.
- Knowledge of DeFi, tokenisation, digital assets, blockchain, and Web3.
- Based in Hong Kong or able to relocate independently to Hong Kong.
- 1+ years of experience with Web3 environments, DApps, smart contracts, or blockchain.
- Understanding of institutional RWA, digital asset management, and barriers to scale.
- Experience selling solutions to Financial Market Infrastructures.
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day relationships with high-value TradFi accounts.
- Develop stakeholder mapping strategies and deepen decision-maker relationships.
- Educate stakeholders on the strategic value of decentralized technologies.
- Generate early-stage pipeline through discovery, qualification, and opportunity identification.
- Coordinate clients with Deal Leads, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Technical Solutions.
