About the Role

You act as a technical strategist for PayFac and ISO partnerships, discover client requirements, deliver technical demonstrations, lead sales discussions, guide integrations through go-live, communicate partner feedback to product teams, create developer content, define workflows, and represent products at events and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer, implementation engineer, or similar client-facing technical role
  • Payments or SaaS industry experience preferred
  • 3+ years of hands-on coding experience
  • Proficiency in a popular programming language
  • Experience integrating B2B APIs
  • Debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Customer communication skills

  • Partner with Sales and Relationship Management teams as a technical expert
  • Discover client requirements and tailor solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations
  • Lead technical discussions during the sales cycle
  • Guide client integrations through go-live
  • Create and manage integration plans
  • Provide technical guidance and integration support
  • Capture partner feedback and influence the product roadmap
  • Create technical documentation and integration content
  • Define processes and cross-functional workflows
  • Represent products at conferences, events, and client meetings
