About the Role
You will structure complex enterprise deals and serve as a key partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, Security, and Product. You will manage non-standard terms and approvals, improve sales policies and workflows, and help design, test, and maintain CPQ, CLM, and invoicing systems. You will also support pricing and monetization initiatives.
Requirements
- Deal Desk experience in a fast-paced enterprise B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise with CPQ tools and quote-to-cash processes
- Experience with billing systems such as Stripe, Metronome, or Tabs
- Experience using AI to automate workflows and scale sales self-service
- Ability to read, understand, and draft contractual business terms and conditions
- Understanding of SaaS and consumption business models
- Understanding of software revenue recognition principles such as ASC 606
- Communication, organization, collaboration, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise AEs to structure multi-year, ramp, and consumption-based deals
- Manage escalations for non-standard terms, approvals, order forms, amendments, and renewals
- Design and streamline sales policies, pricing guidelines, and contract review and approval workflows
- Document and operationalize approved non-standard terms
- Automate repetitive requests and expand self-service workflows
- Coordinate contract redlining, approvals, and security reviews across Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, and Product
- Design, test, and improve CLM, CPQ, and invoicing applications
- Support monetization experiments, packaging, pricing, and contracting for new line items
