About the Role
Serve as the technical voice for partners and prospects adopting Zama's confidential token technology, working across business development, product, and SDK engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales engineering, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical evangelism
- Experience with developer infrastructure, blockchain, wallets, custody, or fintech
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create decks, demos, and technical storytelling materials
- Ability to explain cryptography and confidential computing clearly
- Fluency in blockchain and the wallet or custodian space
- Working knowledge of DeFi and on-chain finance
- Judgment and presence for senior, high-stakes conversations
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize time
- Experience with confidential or privacy-preserving blockchain technology or willingness to learn
- Experience with wallets, custody, exchanges, on/off-ramps, or blockchain infrastructure
- Experience selling or solutioning to banks, financial institutions, or regulated enterprises
- Ability to read a codebase, build a demo, and communicate with engineers
Responsibilities
- Join partner and prospect calls as the product-side technical lead
- Explain the Zama Protocol to executives and engineers
- Run technical and product discovery
- Translate DeFi and on-chain finance use cases into SDK capabilities
- Build decks, demos, and solution walkthroughs
- Answer technical questions live and in writing
- Create bespoke demos and lightweight proof-of-concepts
- Surface partner objections, blockers, and feature gaps to product and SDK teams
