About the Role
You'll be at the front line of prospect engagement and pipeline generation, building relationships with Fortune 1000 executives and investment professionals over the phone, email, and social channels. This role gives you the foundational skills to excel today while our training and development program helps propel your career into a quota-carrying sales role. You'll research target accounts, partner with Account Executives to uncover new business opportunities, apply best practices in outreach, articulate our product's value proposition, handle objections, and coordinate meetings while logging your activities in the CRM.
Requirements
- Passion for sales, whether experienced or transitioning from another career/industry
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage a busy sales pipeline
- Growth mindset and ability to apply training in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet specific KPIs
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new client opportunities based on key client profiles in target accounts
- Partner with Account Executives on identifying new business opportunities in clients and prospects
- Apply sales development best practices with email, phone and social outreach to connect with new prospects
- Engage with prospects to articulate the product's value proposition
- Utilize discovery and objection handling strategies to speak knowledgeably with decision makers and build interest
- Coordinate meetings on an account executive's calendar and log activities in CRM
- Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve or exceed program targets
