Antimetal is building the autonomous layer between engineering teams and their running production systems. At its core is a live world model, a continuous understanding of how a company's stack behaves, built by connecting to existing observability, infrastructure, and code tools. On top of this world model sits an army of specialized agents (Proactive Patrol, Reactive Triage, Intelligence World Model, and an Agent Builder platform) that investigate incidents, trace failures, identify root causes, propose fixes, open pull requests, and carry out operational workflows on behalf of engineering teams. Unlike traditional observability tools that surface data for humans to interpret, or coding agents that only generate code, Antimetal aims to continuously investigate, operate, and improve production itself, while routing changes through existing approval flows such as pull requests or Slack approvals. The company serves software engineering teams, is SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant, and is built in NYC.

About the Role
You'll own top-of-funnel via both manual and semi-automated outbound. In this strategic role, you'll develop and execute high-velocity outreach plays, test and refine messaging, and ensure you secure access to key accounts—laying the foundation for a scalable GTM engine. You'll be based on-site at the new office in New York, working closely with the GTM team to build and optimize outbound pipelines.
Requirements
- Proven ability to launch end-to-end outbound workflows from rapid prototype to production, iterating on hypotheses with A/B tests and real-world feedback
- Deep conceptual grasp of CRM, engagement, and orchestration primitives
- Track record designing and operating high-throughput outreach engines with deliverability controls
- Expert at mapping multi-stage GTM flows and embedding automated guardrails, alerting, and self-healing routines
- Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs and instrumenting real-time dashboards and alerts
- Comfortable owning qualification, negotiation, and hand-off to ensure deals progress smoothly
Responsibilities
- Send and manage large cadences of emails and calls, handling sequencing, throttling, suppressions, and bounce logic
- Rapidly design and iterate subject lines, messaging angles, and send times to optimize engagement
- Own a book of ~50 target accounts—researching personas, crafting tailored outreach, and adjusting segmentation based on response data
- Source and qualify leads, book meetings, and support closing SMB deals with polished collateral
- Feed manual workflows into automation pipelines and partner on tooling selection and integration
- Track SDR KPIs such as volume, response rate, SQL conversion, and meetings booked, and use insights to refine sequences and channel mix
