About the Role
You will build and lead an East Coast sales development team. You will hire and develop SDRs, create and improve inbound and outbound strategies, manage pipeline performance and forecasting, report on KPIs, and partner with marketing, revenue operations, and sales on key initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or SDR leadership experience in a high-growth technology company
- Be located in the NYC area and work in the office twice weekly on Monday and Wednesday
- Knowledge of Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and ZoomInfo
- Experience executing outbound multichannel strategies and optimizing playbooks
- Experience exceeding quota as a leader and individual contributor
- Analytical experience managing pipeline goals and forecasting
- Experience partnering with account executives, Marketing, and RevOps on ICP, messaging, and process
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop SDR talent
- Build and iterate on data-driven outbound and inbound strategies
- Foster accountability and performance
- Motivate SDRs through incentives and contests
- Develop SDRs into future account executives and managers
- Report on SDR KPIs to ensure daily quotas and SLAs are met
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales on key initiatives
