About the Role
You will contact financial advisers by phone, understand their needs, identify commercial opportunities, and build initial relationships through follow-up communication. You will maintain CRM records, develop financial-market and sales knowledge, and hand qualified opportunities to senior sales colleagues.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, client service, sales support, financial services, recruitment, consulting, or a related field
- Interest in financial markets
- Sales acumen and ability to generate sales opportunities
- Ability to use portfolio analytics tools and digital sales processes
- Verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Contact financial advisers by phone using structured scripts and tools
- Identify adviser needs and potential business opportunities
- Build relationships through phone and email follow-ups
- Develop knowledge of financial markets, investment solutions, and sales techniques
- Maintain conversation, follow-up, and next-step records in CRM tools
- Hand qualified opportunities to senior sales colleagues
