You help small business customers choose Gusto through email, chat, and phone interactions, match the platform to their needs, guide account setup and onboarding, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and use advisory selling and AI-powered workflows to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
