About the Role

You maintain business relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise clients and assigned branches. You advise clients, generate and promote new business, support cross-selling and post-sale service, achieve established targets, record sales activities, visit branches and prospects, and train branch executives and managers on SME products and services.

Requirements

  • Degree in economic or administrative fields, preferably completed; minimum undergraduate completion
  • Work experience in promotion and sales in the financial sector
  • Experience managing personnel
  • Broad knowledge of the SME segment and its products

Responsibilities

  • Maintain close business relationships with SME clients and assigned branches
  • Advise clients on SME products and services
  • Generate and promote new business
  • Develop the SME client segment
  • Build and refer payroll-client portfolios to assigned branches
  • Support cross-selling and post-sale service
  • Achieve targets established by the SME segment divisions
  • Execute proactive sales activities
  • Record calls and client appointments in the designated platform
  • Visit assigned branches regularly
  • Visit new prospects in assigned areas
  • Conduct working sessions with branch executives and managers
  • Share knowledge and sales experiences
  • Follow the sales and management process
