About the Role
You will lead end-to-end robotics deployment projects, aligning scope, planning execution, and coordinating customers, integrators, and internal stakeholders. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, technical issues, quality targets, project handoffs, and improvements to deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in technically complex manufacturing or industrial environments
- 3+ years of direct experience with robotics or automation systems
- Experience with industrial robots or cobots
- Experience working with industrial robotics system integrators
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Willingness to travel approximately 35–40%
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment projects from scope validation through installation and commissioning
- Define requirements and validate technical scope with engineers and integrators
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor progress against deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets
- Resolve technical, operational, and scheduling issues
- Coordinate communications across customers, integrators, and internal teams
- Drive handoffs from pre-sales through project close-out
- Improve deployment and project management processes
