About the Role
You will monitor the robot fleet in real time, respond to hardware and software faults, clear error states, and restore stalled robots safely. You will log incidents, analyze recurring failures, support root-cause analysis and live-floor validation, track operational metrics, and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements
- One or more years of experience in an automated warehouse, manufacturing, autonomous fleet monitoring, or technical operations environment
- Ability to use software dashboards, fleet management software, and basic hardware diagnostics
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Working knowledge of WMS systems
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours
- Ability to perform required physical activities and lift required weights
- Ability to work at elevated heights using fall-protection equipment
Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet management systems to maintain autonomous-system throughput
- Track operational metrics and address bottlenecks
- Respond to alerts, robot faults, pathing jams, and hardware exceptions
- Perform physical and digital triage to recover stalled robots
- Log detailed fault and bug reports
- Partner with engineering to diagnose recurring hardware, software, and sensor failures
- Participate in root-cause analysis and validate firmware, software, and hardware updates
- Communicate with operations and service personnel to meet production goals
- Enforce safety protocols on the grid and control mezzanine
