About the Role
You will architect and deploy changes across CRM and GTM systems, automate repetitive sales processes, and maintain database integrity. You will align data flows with Finance and Marketing operations, document system changes, and train operations users on new functionality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, CRM development, or GTM systems in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ tools, and data-enrichment platforms.
- Understanding of relational database architecture and API integrations.
- Ability to translate sales-process issues into technical system fixes.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute changes to CRM and GTM systems.
- Automate repetitive sales workflows.
- Build validation rules, audit schedules, and integration syncs to maintain data integrity.
- Align data flows between lead capture, revenue recognition, and capacity provisioning.
- Document system architecture changes and train operations users.
