About the Role
You will lead discovery, capture requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate delivery with systems and engineering teams. You will run UAT, manage defects and releases, administer Salesforce, investigate integrations and incidents, maintain documentation, and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience running discovery and requirements sessions
- Experience working with systems or engineering teams through release
- Experience planning and running UAT
- Experience using Claude or other LLM tools for requirements, testing, or documentation
- Experience owning a production Salesforce organization or business systems stack
- Salesforce administration skills
- Working knowledge of API or middleware integrations
- Incident triage and root-cause analysis skills
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery for new system requests
- Capture requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate delivery and releases with systems and engineering teams
- Own UAT, testing, defect retesting, sign-off, and production smoke tests
- Write and publish release notes
- Prioritize the backlog and manage the intake queue
- Triage production incidents and communicate status
- Administer Salesforce
- Monitor integrations and diagnose data, sync, and access issues
- Maintain system documentation and runbooks
- Identify automation candidates
