About the Role

You will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewal. You will coordinate with operational stakeholders, answer contract questions, maintain templates and records, monitor risks, advise on obligations, and recommend ways to improve contract efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in contract management legal operations or a related field
Experience in SaaS FinTech or enterprise software environments is preferred
Understanding of legal terminology contract law and negotiation strategies
Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Responsibilities

Draft review negotiate and manage commercial agreements
Manage MSAs SOWs NDAs amendments and renewals
Align contract terms with operational capabilities and client requirements
Serve as the primary contact for contract inquiries and escalations
Maintain and improve contract templates processes and policies
Monitor contract performance and compliance
Identify and mitigate contractual risks
Advise stakeholders on contractual obligations and best practices
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategic planning
Recommend improvements to contract efficiency and client satisfaction
