About the Role
You will evaluate and manage legal technology vendors, implement and administer a contract lifecycle management system, and connect legal with cross-functional stakeholders. You will build renewal and contract-obligation tracking, create workflows, and develop the processes, metrics, and infrastructure needed by a scaling legal function.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant legal operations experience
- Experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management, discovery management, legal billing, and legal systems
- Experience integrating legal systems with Salesforce
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with finance and revenue operations
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage legal technology vendors and service providers
- Lead contract lifecycle management system implementation and administration
- Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders on reporting and deal insights
- Build and own renewal and contract-obligation tracking workflows
- Develop legal processes, metrics, and infrastructure
